Mimisounds & Audient Instagram Giveaway Terms & Conditions
• For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to **Audient LTD** whose Instagram handle is @audientworld. The “Prize” is a general term used to refer to the item(s) that are listed in the Instagram post as the prize which announces the giveaway.
• Audient X Mimisounds Giveaway begins at 2pm Greenwich Mean Time (London) on Friday 26th April 2024 and shall end at 14:00 p.m. GMT on Friday 10th May 2024.
• Prizes: Two lucky winners will each receive an Audient iD14 Audio Interface.
• By entering the giveaway you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by the time listed in the Instagram post which announces the giveaway. By participating in the Giveaway, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Audient, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Audient is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Giveaway. Entrants should look solely to Audient with any questions, comments or problems related to the Giveaway. Audient may be reached by email at social@audient.com during the Promotion Period.
• Open worldwide excluding South America, Central America and Greece. Audient, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees, are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. “Household Members” shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. “Immediate Family Members” shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• Audient assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Giveaway; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Giveaway; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant’s or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Giveaway or download of any materials in the Giveaway.
If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Giveaway, Audient reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway in whole or in part. In such an event, Audient shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Audient reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total ARV as set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Audient. Audient and Released Parties shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Giveaway.
• No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the giveaway.
• Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
• Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
• This giveaway is in no way associated or affiliated with Instagram/Meta.
• Only one entry per person per giveaway will be accepted.
• Each entrant shall enter the giveaway via Instagram by following both @mimisounds & @audientworld, Liking & Saving the the specified post, tagging at-least 3 Instagram users in the comments and sharing the post on your story tagging @mimisounds & @audientworld
• The Prize will be awarded to two randomly selected winners who have entered on Instagram, using a random number generator. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
• The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the giveaway or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the giveaway or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or
