Just weeks after the launch of his sixth studio album Note To Self, American country singer and songwriter, Randy Houser headed back into his studio to start work on new material.
Centred around an Audient ASP8024-HE mixing console, his home studio is where Randy finds his creativity can flourish, and according to his Instagram channel, he has been back at it for a while.
When asked about the British mixing desk, Randy’s manager Nick Hartley said: “Randy made his entire album on the Audient console, anyone that has listened to the entire album can hear the quality it produces.”

In an interview by The Tennessean, Randy speaks about his latest record which was released late last year. Sitting in front of his Audient console, he says, “This album […] is where I feel most at home. Just solid, country music.” Watch the entire interview here.
Randy’s first big hit came in 2005 when Trace Adkins took Honky Tonk Badonkadonk – a song he co-wrote with Jamey Johnson and Dallas Davidson – all the way to number two on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs. In 2008 he released his debut album, Anything Goes and worked his way into the Country Top Ten with subsequent albums.
In between his stints in the studio, Randy is enjoying getting in front of the movie camera, appearing alongside Dennis Quaid, Scott Glenn and Colin Ford in the inspirational baseball film, The Hill released this summer. He also landed a role in Martin Scorsese’s 2023 adaptation of David Grann’s Killers of the Flower Moon starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Robert De Niro amongst others.
