Audient Product End-of-Life (EOL) Support Policy
At Audient, we are committed to long-lasting, reliable products. When a product reaches the end of its production life, we continue to support it for a defined period to ensure owners can maintain and use their equipment confidently.
Warranty
All Audient products purchased on or after 1 February 2021 include a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty. This exceeds the standard legal warranty requirements in the UK, EU, and many other territories.
Support After End-of-Life
When Audient discontinues a product, it enters our Legacy Support phase. During this time, we offer:

Definition of ‘Best Effort’ Software Support
We cannot guarantee compatibility with future operating system changes, but we will:
- Provide updates where possible within technical limits.
- Clearly communicate if an OS update affects product functionality.
- Publish the final available software/drivers should updates no longer be possible.
End of Support
After the Legacy Support period ends, Audient may no longer be able to offer repairs, spare parts or software updates. However, documentation will remain permanently available.
